All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement that you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This document outlines important terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your responsibilities for the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are not allowed, nor is the transportation of hazardous materials. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is not permitted. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Additionally, avoid exceeding passenger or weight limits, and do not operate the vehicle outside of agreed geographical boundaries without prior consent.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in England and Wales, Car Hire Rowley Regis will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the total rental amount you paid in the last 12 months.
